Pros: A truly great place to work! You really get that feeling of belonging to your company. Very friendly environment! Beautiful office. Career growth is excellent.

Cons: How can a profitable company not have a 401k match?

Pros: It's been 9 years in the company and I couldn't really see myself anywhere else. The company is great, the people are great, and as a tech person, Cloudflare is killing it. The company's mission is inspiring and a true thing being done every day at Cloudflare. Customers love us; we're picking up quite a pace on the commercial side of things. Cloudflare isn't really too processed, meaning that an entrepreneur type of mindset thrives in "make your own dream job" as long as targets are achieved. I became a dad recently, and the company policy is 4 months off, which is insanely comfortable. I'm being recognized for my work, people make me feel included even though I'm mostly remote (Paris is a commercial office), and most importantly, I love my job.

Cons: I do not personally see any negative things in my employment at Cloudflare.
