Communication was great at first, and things moved fast. The hiring manager call, technical interview, and then a 5-call onsite (2 technical, 3 behavioral) all occurred within 8 days. This was super quick, and the recruiter and hiring manager were very responsive.
After my last call, there was nothing. I sent thank-you emails to the hiring manager and the recruiter. Still, nothing. One week passed, and I followed up, but not a single word was received. At week 3, I sent another follow-up, and still nothing. Then, I just received a generic rejection email.
This was very unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth regarding the post-onsite experience. Everyone I met during the onsite was very nice, but their interview process is lacking and made me feel bad.
