Pros: Good company and a good experience.

Cons: It is a bit hard in the starting of the job.

Pros: - Good tech stack - Opportunity to learn

Cons: - A lot of politics in management and employee retention within the company is not based on work/skill. - Think twice before joining if you belong to a minority, as harassment is common and diversity efforts are nothing more than an eyewash. - If you are not in the habit of social drinking, you might feel unwelcome. - The CEO/COO and a handful of people in engineering management are total sadist/narcissistic predators. Employees who are vocal about this are usually moved to different office locations in the name of re-organization, and many good/skilled employees left the company. - Also, I intuitively felt some religious means of control in the company, but I don't want to talk further about it.

Pros: People treat you like you're a full-time team member. Cool execs. Smart colleagues. A great place to learn.

Cons: - Work-life balance could be better.
