The interviewer didn't take any time to review my CV before the session at all!
He was asking obvious questions about my profile, which he could have found if he had read the resume. It felt like he just took a lump of resumes from all the applicants and started interviewing randomly.
I also asked about the salary bracket for that position, including benefits, as I want to know from the beginning if it matches my expectations. I couldn't get that information either; I was told I would get this info on the last phase of the interview process.
When I asked about the interview process, the interviewer didn't know that either. He said to me it could take up to 3 months. Seriously? 3 months? When people are losing their jobs or are in a dire financial situation, do you think someone will wait for 3 months for the final offer, which is also unknown? Hah, good joke.
All in all, an awkward interview, with long pauses and completely unstructured.
This is the second time I've interviewed with this company, and I have the same feeling as the first time – a waste of time. I will not apply nor recommend this company to my friends and colleagues.
