Horrible interview practice for a position in Portugal. They sent me the coding challenge without any communication about the interview process or salary range. After waiting a week for a reply to a simple email, I just checked the coding challenge

There was no interview process. No response at all, actually, ever. I’ve applied for hundreds of roles at Cloudflare and have probably gotten two responses returned to me. Probably the worst company for the hiring process, considering how many jobs

Do not waste your time interviewing here. I had a horrible experience. The recruiter sent an email for a technical round. After setting up a date, the interviewer never showed up to the interview. I sent an email asking if they wanted to reschedule.
