Pros: - Good things going for the company technologically.
- Young research vibe.
- Some very talented colleagues.
Cons: The structure of the company is flat and chaotic. Teams are physically sick and burning out. Leadership seems to know this and is not doing anything about it.
There's no pay transparency for your own position, let alone others.
There's talk about culture, but in reality, lower-level employees are holding it up with toothpicks.
The manipulation by leadership and the People/HR team is mind-blowing.
There are no boundaries. Leadership seems to rely on this to keep things unhealthily competitive. Poor behavior goes unchecked.

Pros: - incredible benefits (even for interns) and people
- able to work on high-impact projects
- great compensation
Cons: The startup nature means that there may be some shifts in teams or priorities, but it is never a massive hindrance to your experience there.
