Process

I was contacted by a recruiter and, after sending out my resume, got selected.

The first round was supposed to be a telephonic screening call. The call was scheduled for 12 PM, but I didn't receive it until 12:30 PM.

Upon contacting HR, I was informed that they had scheduled four interviews back-to-back. The candidate before me was late, and that's why they had rescheduled the interview without asking for my availability or informing me.

Somehow, I got the interview rescheduled at my availability, but the same thing happened again. The interviewer forgot to call me. Upon contacting HR, I received the call from the interviewer this time, but they asked me to wait 10 minutes and said they would call me back.

I never received any call after that, neither from HR nor the interviewer.

Two weeks later, I was contacted by the recruiter who screened my profile. They informed me that I was rejected because I had declined to work on a specific technology, which is not true.

This was completely unprofessional behavior from the company's HR and the interviewer.
