Process
The initial screening involved an IQ assessment and an aptitude test.
The IQ assessment included a few questions featuring rare English words. The aptitude test featured a significant number of repetitive questions.
Subsequently, an invitation was extended for an online assessment, which focused on industry-specific coding.
Following the completion of this assessment, there was a period of no communication. After a follow-up inquiry, I was informed that the application would not proceed further to the virtual onsite.
