I had a very good experience initially.

I was fascinated to attend the technical interview and learned about the interviewer. I had very high respect for his experience. I did great in the technical interview and was expecting a call for the next round. But after two days, I got the message stating that I was 'not impressed' and 'not being considered for the next round'. It really disappointed me.

We can easily sense whether we did well or not in an interview. It was hard to digest showing my best performance and getting a worst-performance result. It took some time to come out of it.

A sincere request to the interview community: please respect the candidates and try to give reasonable feedback if the interview went well and the rejection was due to high demand.
