I had a recruiter call, followed by a code test screening. After three weeks with no news, I assumed I had failed and forgot about it. However, the recruiter then contacted me to schedule the four other interviews (behavioral, system, and two coding rounds).

My interviews were split over two days.

On the first day, no one showed up, so I took half a day off for nothing.

On the next day, only one person showed up, resulting in another waste of time. I then had to reschedule the other three interviews. The organization was very chaotic.

All the questions were available online, so I was well-prepared and thought I had done well. Ultimately, I received a rejection.
