I was first asked to do an interview with AI, then to assessments, before I could talk to a real person. After the call, the recruiter promised to give me feedback but didn’t make it.
If I pass, I will still need to do an online coding assessment, an in-person interview, and many final rounds. This company is really wasting everyone’s time.
