I was first asked to do an interview with AI, then to assessments, before I could talk to a real person. After the call, the recruiter promised to give me feedback but didn’t make it.

If I pass, I will still need to do an online coding assessment, an in-person interview, and many final rounds. This company is really wasting everyone’s time.

I think companies using AI for interviewing are not respecting everyone, and the assessments from them are also stupid.

The first one is about finishing 50 IQ questions within 15 minutes; usually, no one can finish it in time. Rokt also uses this.

The second assessment is about work style, but 2/3 of the total 150 are just copies of the real 50 questions.
