The initial recruiter call was positive and engaging, but I felt completely unprepared for the CCAT format. After that first touchpoint, the process became impersonal and didn’t reflect how I typically engage in interviews.
It’s disappointing that a company would base decisions on a 15-minute cognitive and personality test—especially when there’s so much strong talent out there that doesn’t fit neatly into that kind of evaluation.
