Fast, Smart, Quick
Coinbase moved extremely fast during my time. Every person you meet there is extremely talented. This is across the board from my experience, not just in core teams. The compensation is great for those longer hours and more intense environment.
It moves fast, which is good in many ways, but can become difficult on work/life balance. You can feel some crunch if you have a few projects converging on similar timelines, or if you have an incident you have to dig into.
