A good working environment with positive energy, lots of benefits, and perks. The role is flexible and allows me to take initiatives and work on my own projects.
It can sometimes be hard to keep up with the change, but this is due to the company's rapid growth, which is actually a positive sign.

Software Engineer
I had an initial 20-minute call with the recruiter, mainly focusing on motivation and understanding of the role. This was followed by three 60-minute coding rounds. There were no system design or behavioral rounds.
