I recently joined Coinbase’s London team, excited to contribute to the crypto space. However, the onboarding process has been underwhelming, with minimal guidance and support. The autonomy touted during recruitment feels more like being left to fend for oneself.
Additionally, frequent discussions among colleagues about job security have been unsettling, making it hard to focus on work without worrying about potential layoffs.
Please take work-life balance seriously — people are burning out fast. Clearer direction and more support would go a long way in making this a healthier place to work.
