Coinbase makes a lot of employee-first decisions and a ton of support. In terms of engineering, quality has been very high with a strong emphasis on collaboration. I personally have never seen an engineer make a "power play" over their seniority. It's good.
While it's no longer a "startup", it's still a fast-moving company with a lot of growth coming up. This may not be a con, but if you want a steady environment, CB might not be the place for you.
