The internal tools are extremely useful. Ticket resolution is very fast, with little bureaucracy. I have a 16" MacBook Pro computer and access to all repositories without having to ask for permission, which enables inner-sourcing.
Teams with little experience in Go, but good at algorithms. Sometimes the timezone is a problem.
