The most interesting engineering problems
- Really cool set of engineering challenges (e.g., security, crypto, payments, fraud).
- Engineers get a lot of autonomy and responsibility.
- Founders are level-headed, open with employees, and have a strong vision.
- People are all nice and interesting, and the office culture is super fun.
- Lack of leadership in the engineering team.
- Often chaotic, and lack of communication between teams can be frustrating.
The interview process (for engineers, at least) needs to be reformed.
