- Useless middle managers and direct managers who don't understand people (I'm looking at y'all who came from places like Amazon).
- Nearly non-existent work-life balance.
Please show more empathy to employees who bust their butts to help you meet your OKRs. I don't appreciate threats; they don't help me work harder.
