No cons, except for the PPO thing, which was not very clear. They gave PPO only to 2 folks out of 15.
OA -> Behavioral -> Technical Interview I think the OA was the hardest part of the process, and the rest of the interview process went really smoothly. My interview process was over in a few weeks.
One system design problem, LeetCode tagged. Not very difficult, but it's important to understand how to implement any follow-ups. Understand what your code is doing under the hood, especially Python code behind your functions. Have good questions
In the first round, they took a DSA and personality assessment on the Codesignal platform. Then, they took an AI interview, and after that, they had a recruiter call. Finally, they scheduled the LLD design interview.
