- Unlimited PTO, as well as company-wide recharge weeks (previously quarterly, now bi-yearly).
- Opportunity to be part of interesting projects depending on the team.
- Terrible WLB.
- There's no bi-directional communication between employees and execs, along with execs' inconsistent decision-making.
- Corporate politics are clearly visible and negatively affecting the team/org's direction.
- Extremely hard to get promoted, as the career ladder framework requires so much more than other companies do.
