Colleagues are good and understandable.
The culture at the India site is very, very bad.
Work-life balance is terrible.
You will be judged by HR if you reach out for any help.
Leadership is unstable and doesn't have a sense of managing people or building a good work culture.
Too much politics is played by the leadership.
Management is useless, so no advice. They just keep saying, "We are approachable, we are here to listen," but in return, never listen.
