- Work 60-80 hours a week, short-staffed, and burnout prone.
- Slow execution.
- Not very crypto-forward as you'd expect.
- Not really innovative; don't come here if you want to invent new blockchain technologies.
- Short-staffed.
- Amazon culture: sink or swim.
It takes time to recover from burnout. Hire better managers. It's great to be ambitious, but not to the point of burnout.
