The interview process has four rounds, which is too many assessments. Luck matters a lot. Interviews are not helpful, and the time constraint is tough. Then there is CEO/COO approval, which is the worst stage; many rejections happen at that point.

In the first round of the interview, which was an online coding interview, I was asked to build a small app in React.js on CodeSandbox. The requirement was to make it production-ready.

I applied on the website and got an email from a recruiter a couple of days later. After the recruiter screen, I was rejected without any feedback. Overall, I was very confused by the result but I moved on.
