The company lied to new employees. They promised far more equity than we received. They have refused to make it right and even called us greedy for asking for this to be corrected. Stay away if you want to work somewhere that management respects and values you.
Don't lie to your employees.
Don't call them greedy.
Fix the situation for new hires.
