I submitted an application on Thursday night on the Comcast careers website. I was then contacted by Manpower the next day. They gave a brief description of the job and asked if it was something I would be interested in. I told them yes, and she asked if she could do a phone interview at that time. They were a little rushed because the face-to-face interviews were Monday and Tuesday.
The phone interview took about an hour. "How do you feel about this and that?" "Give me an example of when you [did] this and that," and so on. I passed the phone interview, and she sent me an online behavioral assessment. This also included a test on responses and navigating systems for four mock calls for four different companies.
Almost immediately, I was notified via email that I had passed and they would like to meet for a face-to-face interview with Comcast. I was asked to choose from time slots available on the following Monday or Tuesday.
I went Monday and interviewed as follows:
The whole process lasted about 3 hours. Now I wait. They said I would be notified within 2 weeks of a decision.
Questions were as expected.
Why should I be hired?
Why do I want to work there?
