Process

I never met anyone face to face until orientation day, after I had accepted the position. A battery of tests were given in regards to personality, technical ability, and reasoning skills.

For the actual interview portion, there were pre-recorded questions that I was required to provide video responses to.

In retrospect, it seemed like a very unprofessional thing to do, as you cannot truly get a feel for someone without an actual meeting.

Questions

None. Everything was based on technical knowledge. There may be one to two questions regarding how you would handle a difficult customer.
