The interview process was short, with 3 interviews.
One was with a recruiter to see how you fit the job description. They will ask what makes you feel fit for this job and what experience with computers you have. For the job I interviewed for, I was asked to describe things such as WWW, TELNET, Hub, and Network – things of the IT nature.
The second interview was with a Team Leader in the Advanced Products group. They listen for your tone while you talk. Of course, as this is for a call center job, they also listen for grammar.
