Applied for CAE-LOYALTY-RETENTION position on January 04, 2016. Same day, I received an email asking to do a phone interview the next day (January 05, 2016).
I then received an email to take the assessment on January 6th. A recruiter then emailed stating I passed the assessment and told me the next step would be the face-to-face interview, setting me up for January 12th.
On the 12th, there was a group of 6 people (was supposed to be 13, but the others didn't show). We went into a presentation where they basically told us more about the position that we applied for. Next, we went on to do our one-on-one interviews with 2 managers.
While some were walked out of the building and were told they would receive a call within 7 days, 4 of us went into a room waiting on a supervisor to give us a second interview. They asked some of the same situational questions. At the end of the interview, she said someone would contact me within 3-5 days letting me know if I'll be moving forward.
The next morning, I received an email to do a survey and then a phone call later on asking if I wanted to move on in the hiring process. She then sent me a preliminary job offer, and as long as I was in the clear on my drug screen and background check, they would extend the offer.
After we got off the phone, she sent my paperwork to sign, and now I'm just waiting on my background check and drug test to clear. They will lol.
But I'm very excited to start.
They were all situational questions.
