My experience with Comcast could have been better

Pros: Then benefits with Comcast are wonderful. And the free cable, phone, and internet are great as well.
Cons: The atmosphere is negative, a rigid work environment. It feels like a military environment. Adults are managed like children. A bathroom break causes heads to turn. You are expected to be plugged into your phone, and every word that comes out of your mouth is literally recorded and can then be used against you if desired.

Pros: There were a lot of good benefits, like the childcare hours that could be used for tutoring and discounted services.
Also, after five years, you get three weeks of PTO.
I liked working remote.
Cons: The job requirements were constantly changing, and there is a lot of micromanagement. Also, there is no job security.
