It's been some time since I've had this, but I will never forget one interviewer who wore a low-cut top and had long chest hair sticking out. He had a very strong accent and was snapping when asking questions.

Pros: As a contractor, you get treated as part of the team. You are given the latest gear to work with. There is great anonymity and trust in the culture.
Cons: The technology is behind by 10 years compared to SF.
You don't work with cool frameworks.
Members of the team can be very narrow/closed-minded about new technology.
There is a lack of innovation throughout the company.
