Received a 30-minute interview over the phone. Was asked about 10 technical questions relating to TCP, VOIP, and a few other Level 1 tech support related questions. The interviewer mentioned I did not have to answer all of the questions correctly, and I would be notified at a later time if I would continue in the interviewing/hiring process. I never did receive a callback; I only received an automated email letting me know I was no longer being considered for the position. They did not provide a callback phone number and did not provide any feedback. The entire process lasted about one month.
