Process
First, I applied online and uploaded my resume. About 2-3 weeks after, I received a call from a recruiter stating that I was selected to do an interview for the position. We scheduled a date to have the initial phone interview. On the interview with the manager, I was asked about my previous experience at one job and nothing else. The manager seemed to be interested in something else besides me or the interview. I'm pretty sure the manager already had someone else in mind and was just going through the motions.
