The interview process was very casual. The managers knew what personality traits, behaviors, and work ethics they wanted to bring onto the team, so when my recruiter sent my resume, the hiring manager wanted a 1:1 interview.
I got my interview set up on Friday afternoon for the following Wednesday and received the verbal offer the following day. The interview process was short but productive.
