Loyalty CAE Interview Experience - Saint Paul, Minnesota

Process

The interview process is one of the worst I've been through because the people doing them and the process are so unorganized. Some of the interviewers seem very incompetent and unable to perform their own job duties professionally. The automated wrong responses and the people not following up or doing what they say are a headache.

I think that 90% of the people that started with me all got denial emails saying that other candidates were chosen. So, it said they didn't choose to hire you and later hired you. A perfectly capable person can be eliminated by a phone interviewer.
