Process

My resume was shortlisted from a job portal. I got a call from a recruiter. She took details of my current profile and explained the job description (opportunity).

The first formal round was communications. After clearing that, there was a technical round with one of the SMEs, and I was tested on my current job profile.

The third round was also a technical round.

The fourth round was more process-oriented and involved ITIL (incident management).

The fifth round was with higher management and checked my personality and IQ, with 20% technical questions.

The sixth round consisted of technical, ITIL, salary, and commitment towards the new job.
