Really simple interview based around resume. Semi-behavioral, mostly technical but no LeetCode or tests. I was interviewed by a manager, not a recruiter. As a student, they do ask more low-level questions on programming structure and things.

Pros: Flexible work environment. They weren't on top of you all the time, demanding stuff.
Cons: Low pay, hard to get a return offer or part-time.

Pros: They treat interns really well. Plenty of networking events.
Opportunity to work on a capstone project while there, which is a good way to get in front of management for different teams.
Opportunities to work part-time while still in school. Good chance of employment after graduation.
Cons: Hourly pay and many holidays in the summer, lol. So, no paid holidays as an intern (to be expected).
