First interview was a 30-45 minute phone screen from a member of HR. Asked a lot of "tell me about a time..." style behavioral questions and a couple relating to projects.
Second interview was with a senior engineer over the phone. More technical but specific about projects and lightly on data structures. A few behavioral. They really tried to get to know about me and my experience. No coding.
Tell me about a time you had to overcome an obstacle and how did you do it?
