Pros: Stock and work-life balance

Cons: Won't allow remote learning, and collaboration could be better.

Pros: 1. Great work-life balance 2. Great technology and stack 3. Great people in most teams

Cons: 1. Things will be slow in some teams.

Pros: Standing desks, an inclusive environment, the latest technologies, and a fast pace.

Cons: Below-average wages, which is why they're constantly hiring. They treat their workers like they treat their customers: they're interested in getting new, unsuspecting workers instead of trying to keep the ones they have. This is of course from upper management, who are trying to pinch every penny. They've gotten VERY creative with this. They have 'furlough' days, which are basically 'no pay days'. This way, they can still advertise/tout a seemingly average pay, but then you don't get paid on holidays and/or the day before and after, which is a kick in the face. Thanksgiving and Christmas are even worse. You don't get paid for the entire week plus a few days. I have to hand it to whoever came up with that. It's a smart business move, but ultimately costs them when everyone wises up and leaves (unless they have H1B1s, then they don't have a choice because of visas).
