Software Engineer Interview Experience - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Process
After applying online, I received an email to conduct a phone interview with the hiring manager about 2 weeks later.
The phone interview lasted about 10 minutes, and the manager seemed to focus on ensuring my resume was legitimate and that I had a good attitude.
The following week, I received another email from the hiring manager to come in for an in-person interview with him and his manager.
The interview was in the Technology Center in Philly. It was a very pleasant time, and I felt an awesome connection between the two gentlemen. It felt very informal and personal.
They focused heavily on me as a person and my past work. I left the interview excited and hopeful to get the position.
They conducted the interview on a Friday afternoon, and I received an offer that following Monday.
