Multiple phone interviews were followed by an on-site interview. The on-site interview was with a panel of four interviewers.
Questions were not connected to any theme and just jumped randomly from topic to topic. It was very difficult to get any sense of the job duties or even the function of the department, how it operated within the larger organization, etc.
