Fairly generic interview process. A phone interview, followed by a few rounds of in-person interviews with other developers and managers. There was also a whiteboard portion during the in-person interview rounds.

Pros: Good team and decent collaboration.
A liberal approach towards the design process lets you bounce many ideas off the team and, in some cases, users.
Cons: Work can get a little stale after a couple of years. One must constantly volunteer for other projects to broaden their skillset.
