One round of telephonic technical interview, followed by two rounds of Skype technical interviews. This was followed by an in-person interview. It took a month for them to get back to me about the joining date.

Walk-in interviews, having only limited places but calling many people. If we did well, they are still not ready to take us. We need to be the best to get selected because they have very limited vacancies.

It was a little difficult. The hiring manager was more looking for interest than actual tech skills. Obviously tech skills are important, but it wasn't the end of the world if you did not have the required tech skills.
