Good Work, Bad Management
Working for Comcast was good. Most of the time my job was busy, but I liked it enough that I wanted to stay there a long time.
The corporate management people were not that great. I know they were only doing their jobs, but the company did not really care about its employees!
To all upper and corporate management, I say take some life lessons in learning how to truly understand and treat your employees.
