Benefits and salary, not much else.
So much, where do I start?! Sleazy upper management does whatever they want and is NEVER there to support their newer staff members. Metrics are not reasonable in sales. They treat staff more like children, are uptight, and there's no room for growth no matter what they say to the contrary. The environment is dog eat dog (sales staff steal each other's sales, literally!). Sales staff will go into the database, remove your sales rep ID, and put in theirs. That is ridiculous, but it's the only way to meet the quotas. This is by far the worst job I have ever had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stop treating staff like garbage.
The interview was easy. You just have to speak on how you're motivated to make money. It's a sales position, and they really want to hear that you like making money.
We had a presentation, followed by the first interview, then the second. After the second, I was told I’d be contacted in 7-10 days. I interviewed just a day ago and am still waiting. Fingers crossed.
It was a very simple and easy process for the Atlanta Alpharetta call center position. I applied online, received a call in two days for an interview, and then I came in for the interview the following week.
