Acceptable compensation (Salary and Benefits). Outstanding services, great work environment (NCOE). I will definitely start working for Comcast again!
Call Center Experience:
Too much micromanagement. Almost null career opportunities for current employees. Some people had to leave and re-apply to get a higher level and deserved position.
Overall:
Positions are posted to comply with EEO; however, most of the time, you never get a reply back or get in touch with a recruiter to discuss further.
Sometimes it does not matter your degree and experience; recruiters bring you in as entry-level, which leads to a high turnover.
Look for talented people who are skilled, customer-oriented, willing, and proud to move your company to the next levels. In my opinion, that's all you need to be the #1 Service Provider in the US.
The interview was easy. You just have to speak on how you're motivated to make money. It's a sales position, and they really want to hear that you like making money.
We had a presentation, followed by the first interview, then the second. After the second, I was told I’d be contacted in 7-10 days. I interviewed just a day ago and am still waiting. Fingers crossed.
It was a very simple and easy process for the Atlanta Alpharetta call center position. I applied online, received a call in two days for an interview, and then I came in for the interview the following week.
