Pros

Benefits, plenty of overtime as everyone leaves.

Cons

No respect for longevity. Senior staff are put to work training new hires after a year. Your scorecard for calls is bad as you haven't been on the phone. Your pay raise and ranking for shift bid, once a year, are the lowest; no compensation consideration for you. YOU GIVE, THEY TAKE. I have resigned at the end of October. Will miss my friends, but not the customers and not the being used.

Advice to Management

Raise your pay rates. When people go into projects for the company, freeze their scorecard rating, like you do when someone goes on disability. All functions of their job freeze.
