Pros

Free cable, internet, and home phone system.

Cons

A revolving door of hatred, depression, nepotism, and unfulfilled promises.

The company will continuously tell us how committed they are to customer satisfaction, but continually undermine their lip service by increasing prices, changing channel lineups so you have to pay more, and hiring people who are grossly unqualified to give customers a high level of quality service.

The kicker is management are aware of how unqualified the majority of the staff is...because they are related.
