Pros

Great benefits, profit sharing, 401k.

Cons

Customers can be very challenging, but managers and supervisors are only metric-driven and could care less about the employee.

Advice to Management

You owe employees four things: Compensation, appreciation, recognition, and motivation. You only succeed on ONE of these: Compensation. The reason your churn is so high is because there is no reason to work for you. If you don't care about your employees, they won't care about you. It's how you treat them, not what you do for them.
