With over a decade of experience in media, I was excited to work with the leaders of digital video. There are some great minds and talented people if you're fortunate enough to work with them.
CIE management is atrocious. It's a masculinity contest that has caused a lack of diversity, intimidation, and fear. Forget about the ways you work, as you will be forced to abide by the supervisors, and if you push back, you will be pushed out. Do not work in the Canadian office. Pay and benefits are not worth the stress.
Advice to Management
Managers: Restructure CIE management.
