CIE management is atrocious. It's a masculinity contest that has caused a lack of diversity, intimidation, and fear. Forget about the ways you work, as you will be forced to abide by the supervisors, and if you push back, you will be pushed out. Do not work in the Canadian office. Pay and benefits are not worth the stress.
